It's easy to become a retailer for Hello!Lucky's letterpress greeting cards and gifts (we do not sell our custom products wholesale at this time). First, please check our find a store area to make sure there are no other Hello!Lucky retailers in your immediate vicinity, as we like to be sensitive to our boutique retailers. Then, fill out our New Retailer Application and e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also place your order by phone by calling 503.234.4233 or 800.964.9139. We will e-mail you the next business day to confirm that your application has been accepted. You can also contact one of our regional sales reps to place an order.
Wholesale ordering is simple! You can order 24/7 on our website (and receive free shipping!) at www.hellolucky.com, by calling us at 020 7378 9740 Monday through Friday, 10-5 GMT or by contacting one of our regional sales reps.
If you wish to place an order on our website, you can navigate to our wholesale products using the "Greeting Cards" and "Gifts" drop-downs in the top navigation bar.
Once you have selected a product, you will see suggested retail prices (2x wholesale) - your wholesale discount will be applied at checkout.
Enter the quantity (6 minimum for single cards and 4 minimum for boxed sets and journals) and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to check out, click on the "View Cart" button on the top right of the page.
Enter the coupon code "WHOLESALE" in the Coupon Code box and click "Apply" to view your wholesale discount of 50%. Click on the "Check out" button. If you have not created an account or logged in during this session, you will be prompted to do so so that we can determine if you are a new or existing customer.
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address, shipping method, and credit card information (via secure payment process) and to confirm your order. You will also be able to confirm when you will receive your order.
If you have Net-30 terms and wish to use them for your order, please e-mail email@example.com. You may e-mail us with any special instructions, such as a ship date or a cancel date. If we do not receive special instructions from you via e-mail, your order will ship ASAP, in the time frame quoted during the checkout process.
Your credit card will not be billed, nor a Net-30 invoice issued, until your order ships.
