Can I add an icon to my wedding stationery?
If your chosen design includes an icon, you may include any of the icons below at no additional cost. To order, type the name in the Special Instructions box that appears during the ordering process. To add multiple icons or incorporate an icon into a design that does not include one,
custom design rates may apply. Please give us a ring for more details!
We also offer custom design services and custom ink colours.
In addition to our standard ink colours, we can match a Pantone ink colour for £50 per order. Please read below carefully before requesting a colour match.
For letterpress printed items, we will use the Pantone ink colour you supply to achieve an exact colour match.
For digitally printed items, we will choose the closest CMYK equivalent to your Pantone colour using the Pantone Colour Bridge. Please note that it can be difficult to achieve a perfect colour match, and some Pantone colours simply cannot be reproduced in CMYK. Perfect colour matching is not guaranteed.
If you are unhappy with your custom CMYK colour, we can print a custom colour swatch card for you (slight variations on your Pantone colour that allow you to find the best match through trial and error) for an additional £75.
Two free .pdf proofs are included with your order. Your proofs show your customised products exactly as they will be printed.
To see a proof, check the "E-mail me a proof for approval" box when placing your order. If you check "I approve this proof," your order will go straight to print.
Your proof will be e-mailed to you in 1-2 business days counting from 12 noon the day after your order is placed. You can e-mail back with changes to your proof or respond with "I approve this proof" and your order will go to print.
If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area and are ordering a custom letterpress item, you can schedule a complimentary press check in addition to receiving e-mail proofs. At your press check, you can see your items being printed and fine-tune ink coverage, ink colour and impression.
Hard copy proofs are available for £30 and add 5-7 working days to the order.

We accept a limited number of original custom design commissions each year. In a custom design, our creative team, led by Eunice & Sabrina Moyle, collaborates with you (and your wedding planner, if applicable) to create a completely original, custom-illustrated or designed stationery suite for your wedding day. This can include wedding invitations, save the dates, programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, seating cards, signage, welcome letters and other stationery and paper goods.
Custom commissions are selected based on the originality of the concept, fit with our design aesthetic, relationships with our preferred wedding planner partners and timeline. Typical pricing is about £750 for complete stationery suite design. A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of the design process, with the balance due when the order ships.
The turnaround time for custom commissions varies depending on complexity, with an average turnaround time of about 6 - 8 weeks, including printing for wedding invitations (additional time is required for "day-of" stationery items).
The custom design process typically entails:
- initial consultation: Discuss/review your ideas and inspiration, brainstorm concepts
- Initial proofs: Draft design direction for review & feedback
- Revisions: Adjustments to the design, culminating in final approval
- Production: Printing and assembly, if required

All custom designs are licensed exclusively to the client prior to and 6 months after their wedding or event. Thereafter, Hello!Lucky reserves the right to publish or license the artwork. Full purchase of artwork is also available for an additional fee.
You can order any design from our Custom Gallery for a flat £40 per item above our standard printing costs. The fee includes 2 free .pdf proofs and covers the extra handling required to produce these items. To order a design, use our blank invitation template. You can link to related products such as save the date cards or menu cards by clicking on the "Matching Items" images. Select "E-mail me a proof to approve" and note the design name in the Special Instructions Box. You will receive a .pdf proof in 2 - 3 business days.
